Claims20
A device for manufacturing a display panel, the device comprising:
- a first moving portion configured to move a first workpiece;
- a second moving portion configured to move a second workpiece;
- and
- a bonding portion comprising an image-capturing element configured to capture images of the first workpiece and the second workpiece and a bonding element configured to bond the first workpiece and the second workpiece to each other.
A method of manufacturing a display panel, the method comprising:
- moving a first workpiece to a bonding portion;
- moving a second workpiece to the bonding portion;
- capturing images of the first workpiece and the second workpiece by using an image-capturing element built into the bonding portion;
- aligning the first workpiece and the second workpiece with each other by correcting a position of the second workpiece relative to the first workpiece;
- and
- bonding the first workpiece and the second workpiece to each other by using a bonding element built into the bonding portion while maintaining alignment positions of the aligned first workpiece and second workpiece.
A method of manufacturing an electronic device, the method comprising:
- manufacturing a display panel;
- and
- bonding the display panel with a processor;
- wherein
- the manufacturing of the display panel comprises:
- moving a first workpiece to a bonding portion;
- moving a second workpiece to the bonding portion;
- capturing images of the first workpiece and the second workpiece by using an image-capturing element built into the bonding portion;
- aligning the first workpiece and the second workpiece with each other by correcting a position of the second workpiece relative to the first workpiece;
- and
- bonding the first workpiece and the second workpiece to each other by using a bonding element built into the bonding portion while maintaining alignment positions of the aligned first workpiece and second workpiece.
