Display module, display device, and manufacturing method therefor

A display device comprising a mid-frame and a display module, wherein a surface of the mid-frame in the thickness direction is recessed inward to form an accommodation groove, a bottom surface of the accommodation groove is recessed inward to form a limiting groove, a display panel is located in the accommodation groove, and the limiting member is partially located in the limiting groove;

• wherein the display module comprises:
• the display panel;
• a cover plate provided on a side of the display panel in a thickness direction thereof;
• a limiting member connected to a side of the display panel away from the cover plate, a limiting portion being provided on a side of the limiting member away from the display panel, and the limiting portion being configured to fit with a mid-frame;
• and
• an encapsulation adhesive provided on an outer peripheral side of the display panel,
• wherein the limiting member and the cover plate extend beyond the display panel in a direction parallel to a plane on which the cover plate is located to form a groove-like structure for accommodating the encapsulation adhesive.

A manufacturing method for a display device, comprising:

• attaching a display panel to a cover plate, the cover plate being provided on a side of the display panel in a thickness direction thereof;
• connecting the display panel with a limiting member, wherein the limiting member is located on a side of the display panel away from the cover plate, and the limiting member and the cover plate extend beyond the display panel to form a groove-like structure;
• forming an encapsulation adhesive in the groove-like structure;
• and
• fixing the display panel and a mid-frame in a fitting manner, wherein a surface of the mid-frame in the thickness direction is recessed inward to form an accommodation groove, a bottom surface of the accommodation groove is recessed inward to form a limiting groove, the display panel is located in the accommodation groove, and the limiting member is partially located in the limiting groove.
