Abstract
A light emitting display device includes a substrate on which subpixels are arranged, a data line disposed on the substrate and extending along a column direction on a side of each subpixel, and a driving transistor and a light emitting diode in each subpixel. The light emitting diode is connected to a source electrode of the driving transistor. A gate electrode of the driving transistor extends along the column direction, and the source electrode of the driving transistor is disposed between the gate electrode of the driving transistor and the data line. This arrangement increases the separation between the gate electrode and the data line, thereby reducing parasitic capacitance and improving signal stability within the subpixel.
