Abstract
Systems, methods, and articles for a portable power case are disclosed. The portable power case is comprised of at least one battery and at least one PCB. The portable power case has at least two access ports and at least one USB port. The portable power case is operable to supply power to an amplifier, a radio, a wearable battery, a mobile phone, and a tablet. The portable power case is operable to be charged using solar panels, vehicle batteries, AC adapters, non-rechargeable batteries, and generators. The portable power case provides for modularity that allows the user to disassemble and selectively remove the batteries installed within the portable power case housing.
Claims20
A portable power case comprising:
- a printed circuit board (PCB);
- and
- at least two access ports connected to the PCB;
- wherein the at least two access ports include a first female access port and a second female access port, wherein a flat portion of a major circular segment of an opening of the first female access port angles a first corresponding cable connected to the first female access port upwards and away from a second corresponding cable connected to the second female access port, and wherein the flat portion of the major circular segment of the opening of the second female access port angles the second corresponding cable downwards;
- and
- wherein the portable power case is operable to supply power to at least one access port electronic device based on an order of priority.
A portable power case comprising:
- a printed circuit board (PCB);
- at least two access ports connected to the PCB;
- and
- at least one battery connected to the PCB;
- wherein the at least two access ports include a first female access port and a second female access port, wherein a flat portion of a major circular segment of an opening of the first female access port angles a first corresponding cable connected to the first female access port upwards and away from a second corresponding cable connected to the second female access port, and wherein the flat portion of the major circular segment of the opening of the second female access port angles the second corresponding cable downwards;
- wherein the portable power case is operable to supply power to at least one electronic device based on an order of priority, wherein the portable power case is operable to cut out at least one lower priority electronic device to preserve remaining power for at least one higher priority electronic device;
- and
- wherein a battery protector prevents the portable power case from draining a battery separate from the at least one battery connected to the PCB.
A portable power case comprising:
- a printed circuit board (PCB);
- and
- at least two access ports connected to the PCB;
- wherein the at least two access ports include a first female access port and a second female access port and wherein a flat portion of a major circular segment of a first opening of the first female access port angles a first corresponding cable connected to the first female access port upwards and away from a second corresponding cable connected to the second female access port;
- wherein the portable power case is operable to supply power to at least one electronic device based on an order of priority, wherein the portable power case is operable to cut out at least one lower priority electronic device to preserve remaining power for at least one higher priority electronic device;
- and
- wherein the PCB includes control electronics configured to determine a state of charge of the portable power case and/or the at least one electronic device.
