Photovoltaic solar cell structure, manufacturing method thereof, and photovoltaic module

A photovoltaic module, comprising:

• photovoltaic solar cells, wherein each of the photovoltaic solar cells comprises:
• a back contact solar cell comprising busbars and fingers;
• soldering portions, wherein each of the soldering portions is located on a corresponding busbar of the busbars;
• an insulating material, covering at least a target part of each of the fingers, wherein a distance between a finger and a busbar having a polarity opposite to the finger in the target part is less than a preset distance;
• and
• a conductive material, formed on each of the soldering portions, wherein a height of a top of the conductive material is greater than or equal to a height of a top of the insulating material;
• and
• intra-string interconnection members, configured to connect two adjacent photovoltaic solar cells, wherein
• a distance between each part of each intra-string interconnection member and a corresponding busbar is greater than or equal to 0 and less than the preset distance.

A manufacturing method of a photovoltaic solar cell, comprising:

• providing a back contact solar cell, wherein the back contact solar cell comprising busbars and fingers;
• forming soldering portions on at least a corresponding busbar of the busbars
• forming an insulating material covering at least a target part of each of the fingers, wherein the target part is a part in which a distance between a finger and a busbar having a polarity opposite to the finger in the target part is less than a preset distance;
• and
• forming a conductive material on each of the soldering portions, wherein a height of a top of the conductive material is greater than or equal to a height of a top of the insulating material.
