A vehicle rear section structure including a battery case housing one or more battery cells inside, a first equipment arranged at an upper side in a vehicle height direction of a rear portion of the battery case, a second equipment arranged at an upper side in the vehicle height direction of the first equipment, and a thermoconductive heat dissipation member arranged between the first equipment and the second equipment in the vehicle height direction.

A vehicle rear section structure comprising:
- a battery case housing one or more battery cells inside;
- a junction box arranged at an upper side in a vehicle height direction of a rear portion of the battery case;
- a charger arranged at an upper side in the vehicle height direction of the junction box;
- and
- a thermoconductive heat dissipation member arranged between the junction box and the charger in the vehicle height direction.
