Abstract
Methods, systems, and apparatuses for manufacturing wearable devices are described herein. A method can comprise coupling a plurality of printed circuit boards to a tubular structure, coupling an outer layer to the tubular structure over the plurality of printed circuit boards to form a tubular assembly, each printed circuit board is disposed between a portion of the tubular structure and a portion of the outer layer, and separating the tubular assembly into a plurality of ring-shaped devices each including a printed circuit board of the plurality of printed circuit boards, the portions of the tubular structure and the outer layer disposed around the printed circuit board.

A method, comprising:
- coupling a plurality of printed circuit boards to a base structure, each printed circuit board of the plurality of printed circuit boards being coupled at a separate location on the base structure;
- coupling an outer layer to the base structure over the plurality of printed circuit boards such that each printed circuit board of the plurality of printed circuit boards is disposed between a portion of the base structure and a portion of the outer layer;
- and
- forming, from the outer layer, the base structure, and the plurality of printed circuit boards disposed therebetween, a plurality of ring-shaped devices, each of the plurality of ring-shaped devices each including a printed circuit board of the plurality of printed circuit boards and the portions of the base structure and the outer layer disposed around the printed circuit board.
A method comprising:
- coupling a plurality of curved batteries to a plurality of printed circuit boards to form a plurality of electronic assemblies including a curved battery coupled to a printed circuit board;
- arranging, after coupling the plurality of curved batteries to the plurality of printed circuit boards, each electronic assembly of the plurality of electronic assemblies around a base structure such that the plurality of electronic assemblies are spaced from one another;
- and
- securing the plurality of electronic assemblies to the base structure.
