Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate and, more particularly, discloses a method for transmitting a signal for L1/L2-based handover, including operations of a CU configured to transmit, to a distributed unit (DU), a request message including L1/L2 triggered mobility (LTM) resource configuration information and receive, from the DU, a response message including LTM report configuration information.
Claims15
A central unit (CU) in a wireless communication system, the CU comprising:
- a transceiver;
- and
- a controller coupled to the transceiver,
- wherein the controller is configured to:
- transmit, to a distributed unit (DU), a request message including L1/L2 triggered mobility (LTM) resource configuration information;
- and
- receive, from the DU, a response message including LTM reporting configuration information.
A distributed unit (DU) in a wireless communication system, the DU comprising:
- a transceiver;
- and
- a controller coupled to the transceiver,
- wherein the controller is configured to:
- receive, from a central unit (CU), a request message including L1/L2 triggered mobility (LTM) resource configuration information;
- and
- transmit, to the CU, a response message including LTM reporting configuration information.
A method performed by a central unit (CU) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- transmitting, to a distributed unit (DU), a request message including L1/L2 triggered mobility (LTM) resource configuration information;
- and
- receiving, from the DU, a response message including LTM reporting configuration information.
A method performed by a distributed unit (DU) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving, from a central unit (CU), a request message including L1/L2 triggered mobility (LTM) resource configuration information;
- and
- transmitting, to the CU, a response message including LTM reporting configuration information.
