- in response to performing a first operation associated with a first mobility configuration of the UE, performing a second operation associated with a second mobility configuration of the UE.

- in response to a user equipment (UE) being unable to have both a first mobility configuration and a second mobility configuration, sending one of the first mobility configuration and the second mobility configuration to the UE.
A method for processing information, performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
- receiving a deleting message and a second mobility configuration, wherein the deleting message is sent by a network device in a case where it is determined that the UE is unable to have both a first mobility configuration and the second mobility configuration and the UE already has the first mobility configuration;
- deleting, according to the deleting message, the first mobility configuration of the UE;
- and
- storing the second mobility configuration.
