A method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- transmitting, to a base station, information indicating whether the terminal supports storage and delivery of a successful primary secondary cell group (SCG) cell (PSCell) change or addition report;
- receiving, from the base station, information on a configuration for the terminal to report successful PSCell change or addition information;
- based on the information on the configuration, storing the successful PSCell change or addition information;
- and
- transmitting, to the base station, the successful PSCell change or addition report,
- wherein the information on the configuration comprises at least one of:
- information on a first threshold associated with a first timer,
- information on a second threshold associated with a second timer, or
- information on a third threshold associated with a third timer.
A method performed by a base station in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving, from a terminal, information indicating whether the terminal supports storage and delivery of a successful primary secondary cell group (SCG) cell (PSCell) change or addition report;
- transmitting, to the terminal, information on a configuration for the terminal to report successful PSCell change or addition information;
- and
- receiving, from the terminal, the successful PSCell change or addition report,
- wherein, the successful PSCell change or addition information is stored by the terminal based on the information on the configuration, and
- wherein the information on the configuration comprises at least one of:
- information on a first threshold associated with a first timer,
- information on a second threshold associated with a second timer, or
- information on a third threshold associated with a third timer.
The method of claim 21, wherein, in case that a ratio between a value of an elapsed time and a configured value is greater than at least one of the first threshold, the second threshold, or the third threshold, the successful PSCell change or addition information is stored by the terminal,
- wherein the successful PSCell change or addition information comprises at least one of:
- information on a stand alone non-public network (SNPN) identity,
- information on a primary cell (PCell), information on a source PSCell,
- information on a target PSCell, information on a neighbor cell,
- information on an elapsed time associated with a conditional reconfiguration, or
- information on at least one cause, and
- wherein the first timer is T304, the second timer is T310, and the third timer is T312.
A terminal in a wireless communication system, the terminal comprising:
- a transceiver;
- and
- at least one processor coupled with the transceiver and configured to:
- transmit, to a base station, information indicating whether the terminal supports storage and delivery of a successful primary secondary cell group (SCG) cell (PSCell) change or addition report,
- receive, from the base station, information on a configuration for the terminal to report successful PSCell change or addition information,
- based on the information on the configuration, store the successful PSCell change or addition information, and
- transmit, to the base station, the successful PSCell change or addition report,
- wherein the information on the configuration comprises at least one of:
- information on a first threshold associated with a first timer,
- information on a second threshold associated with a second timer, or
- information on a third threshold associated with a third timer.
A base station in a wireless communication system, the base station comprising:
- a transceiver;
- and
- at least one processor coupled with the transceiver and configured to:
- receive, from a terminal, information indicating whether the terminal supports storage and delivery of a successful primary secondary cell group (SCG) cell (PSCell) change or addition report,
- transmit, to the terminal, information on a configuration for the terminal to report successful PSCell change or addition information, and
- receive, from the terminal, the successful PSCell change or addition report,
- wherein, the successful PSCell change or addition information is stored by the terminal based on the information on the configuration, and
- wherein the information on the configuration comprises at least one of:
- information on a first threshold associated with a first timer,
- information on a second threshold associated with a second timer, or
- information on a third threshold associated with a third timer.
