• perform a selection process of selecting, from among candidates for a plurality of wireless communication devices to be installed as the base stations, a predetermined number of wireless communication devices having both first design values satisfying a first target value and considered when performing the design, and lowest second design values considered when performing the design.

A radio zone design apparatus that performs design related to installation of base stations for wireless communication, the radio zone design apparatus comprising:

• a memory storing program instructions that cause the processor to
• perform a selection process of selecting, from among candidates for a plurality of wireless communication devices to be installed as the base stations, a predetermined number of wireless communication devices having highest sums of a first target value achievement degree of a first design value considered when performing the design and a second target value achievement degree of a second design value considered when performing the design.
