Abstract
The present invention relates to a method and device for a prior secure connection in a WLAN system. A method performed by a first station (STA) in a WLAN system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise the steps of: transmitting, to a second STA, a first message including a pre-association security negotiation (PASN) parameter element including an identifier for the first STA; and receiving, from the second STA, a second message transmitted on the basis of the identifier satisfying a prescribed condition.
Claims21
A method comprising:
- transmitting, by a first station (STA) to a second STA, a first message including a pre-association security negotiation (PASN) parameter element, wherein the PASN parameter element includes an identifier for the first STA;
- and
- receiving, by the first STA from the second STA, a second message transmitted based on the identifier satisfying a predetermined condition.
A first station (STA) comprising:
- at least one transceiver;
- and
- at least one processor connected to the at least one transceiver,
- wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
- transmit, through the at least one transceiver, to a second STA, a first message including a pre-association security negotiation (PASN) parameter element, wherein the PASN parameter element includes an identifier for the first STA;
- and
- receive, through the at least one transceiver, from the second STA, a second message transmitted based on the identifier satisfying a predetermined condition.

A second station (STA) comprising:
- at least one transceiver;
- and
- at least one processor connected to the at least one transceiver,
- wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
- receive, through the at least one transceiver, from a first STA, a first message including a pre-association security negotiation (PASN) parameter element, wherein the PASN parameter element includes an identifier for the first STA;
- and
- based on the identifier satisfying a predetermined condition, transmit, through the at least one transceiver, a second message to the first STA.
