Abstract
An imaging apparatus includes an image sensor, a controller and a user interface. The image sensor captures a subject image to generate image data. The controller detects a first region corresponding to a light-emitting body and a second region corresponding to a subject different from the light-emitting body in an image indicated by the image data. The user interface receives a first user operation that selects the first region or the second region in the image. The controller receives a second user operation that sets image quality of the selected region via the user interface, and adjusts image quality of the first region and the second region in the image data in accordance with a result of the setting.
Claims9
An imaging apparatus comprising:
- an image sensor that captures a subject image to generate image data;
- a controller that detects a first region corresponding to a light-emitting body and a second region corresponding to a subject different from the light-emitting body in an image indicated by the image data;
- and
- a user interface that receives a first user operation that selects the first region or the second region in the image, wherein
- the controller
- receives a second user operation that sets image quality of the selected region via the user interface;
- and
- adjusts image quality of the first region and the second region in the image data in accordance with a result of the setting.
An image processing method executed by a controller of an imaging apparatus, the method comprising:
- acquiring image data generated by capturing a subject image;
- detecting a first region corresponding to a light-emitting body and a second region corresponding to a subject different from the light-emitting body in an image indicated by the image data;
- receiving an input of a first user operation that selects the first region or the second region in the image;
- receiving a second user operation that sets image quality of the selected region;
- and
- adjusting image quality of the first region and the second region in the image data in accordance with a result of the setting.
