Authenticated secure communications across different devices

A method, comprising:

• establishing, by a device and via a platform, a secure gateway for authenticated secure communications between a user device associated with a user and a plurality of server devices associated with a plurality of entities;
• providing, by the device and to the user device, a graphical user interface (GUI) associated with the platform, wherein providing the GUI comprises providing, to the user device, presentation information that identifies content for a document object of the GUI, the document object being associated with a document object model (DOM);
• receiving, by the device, from the user device and via the GUI, a user input indicating a selection of one or more action options associated with one or more accounts of the user and one or more entities of the plurality of entities, wherein the user input comprises at least one of a voice utterance or a text-based message provided as an input to the GUI;
• and
• providing, by the device, via the secure gateway and using authenticated secure communications, one or more indications of the one or more action options to one or more server devices, of the plurality of server devices, associated with the one or more entities.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a set of instructions, the set of instructions comprising:

• one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a device, cause the device to:
• receive, from a user device of a user, account information associated with multiple accounts associated with the user and multiple entities;
• authenticate the account information via a platform;
• determine a first location associated with a historical interaction associated with at least one of the user or the user device;
• determine a second location associated with the user device;
• determine that a distance between the first location and the second location satisfies a proximity threshold;
• generate, based on the distance satisfying the proximity threshold, an alert associated with at least one account of the multiple accounts;
• provide, to the user device and based on the alert, an indication of one or more action options associated with the at least one account, for display via a graphical user interface (GUI);
• receive, from the user device and via the GUI, a user input indicating a selection of at least one action option of the one or more action options;
• and
• provide, via an authenticated secure communication and based on the user input, an indication of the at least one action option to one or more server devices associated with one or more entities of the multiple entities associated with the at least one account.
