Abstract

A network node includes: a control unit configured to configure a first configuration value indicating a number of wireless hops between the network node itself and a first network node that has already been connected to the network node itself; and a reception unit configured to receive a connection request from a terminal or a terminal function included in a second network node via the first network node and to receive an interface establishment request from a lower layer wireless base station function included in a third network node. The control unit stores a value obtained by adding one to the first configuration value in response to reception of the connection request from the terminal function included in the second network node, and configures the stored value as a second configuration value indicating a number of wireless hops between the network node itself and the third network node in a case where both the interface establishment is received from the lower layer wireless base station function included in the third network node and the third network node is determined to be same as the second network node.
