Client Communication Resiliency

A method, comprising:

• attempting, by a computing platform, the computing platform having at least one processor, and memory, to establish communication with a first server location, wherein the first server location is one of a plurality of server locations within a first set of server locations;
• responsive to determining that the attempt to establish communication with the first server location has failed, determining, by the at least one processor, whether additional server locations of the plurality of server locations within the first set of server locations are available;
• responsive to determining that additional server locations of the plurality of server locations in the first set of server locations are available:
• identifying, by the at least one processor, a second server location of the plurality of server locations in the first set of server locations;
• and
• attempting, by the at least one processor, to establish communication with the identified second server location of the plurality of server locations in the first set of server locations;
• responsive to determining that additional server locations of the plurality of server locations in the first set of server locations are not available:
• identifying, by the at least one processor, a server location of a plurality of server locations in a second set of server locations;
• attempting, by the at least one processor, to establish communication with the identified server location of the plurality of server locations in the second set of server locations;
• generating, by the at least one processor, a notification indicating that the attempt to establish communication with the identified server location of the plurality of server locations in the second set of server locations has been executed and providing an option to create additional server locations;
• and
• transmitting, by the at least one processor, the notification to an enterprise computing device, wherein transmitting the notification causes the notification to be displayed by a display of the enterprise computing device.

One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing instructions that, when executed by a computing platform comprising at least one processor, memory, and a communication interface, cause the computing platform to:

• attempt to establish communication with a first server location, wherein the first server location is one of a plurality of server locations within a first set of server locations;
• responsive to determining that the attempt to establish communication with the first server location has failed, determine whether additional server locations of the plurality of server locations within the first set of server locations are available;
• responsive to determining that additional server locations of the plurality of server locations in the first set of server locations are available:
• identify a second server location of the plurality of server locations in the first set of server locations;
• and
• attempt to establish communication with the identified second server location of the plurality of server locations in the first set of server locations;
• responsive to determining that additional server locations of the plurality of server locations in the first set of server locations are not available:
• identify a server location of a plurality of server locations in a second set of server locations;
• attempt to establish communication with the identified server location of the plurality of server locations in the second set of server locations;
• generate a notification indicating that the attempt to establish communication with the identified server location of the plurality of server locations in the second set of server locations has been executed and providing an option to create additional server locations;
• and
• transmit the notification to an enterprise computing device, wherein transmitting the notification causes the notification to be displayed by a display of the enterprise computing device.
