A terminal can transmit and receive a radio signal via a relay device connected to a non-terrestrial network, or without the relay device. The terminal controls the transmission and reception of the radio signal via the relay device for a specific frequency cell.

A terminal comprising:
- a transmission/reception unit that transmits and receives a radio signal via a relay device connected to a non-terrestrial network or without the relay device;
- and
- a control unit that controls a transmission and reception of the radio signal via the relay device for a specific frequency cell.
A radio communication method in a terminal, comprising:
- a step of transmitting and receiving a radio signal via a relay device connected to a non-terrestrial network, or without a relay device;
- and
- a step of controlling to transmit and receive the radio signal via the relay device for a specific frequency cell.
