Abstract
A connector includes a housing, a retainer, and a hood member having an opening. The housing and the retainer are assembled into the hood member from the opening in a first direction. The retainer is assembled to the housing in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The retainer is movable in the second direction relative to the housing from a provisional locking position to a final locking position, within the hood member. The hood member includes a first side wall that is located on a side opposite to the second direction and covers the housing and the retainer. A part of the first side wall covering the retainer is provided with a through hole penetrating the first side wall.
