Abstract
A contact assembly for a plugging device of a charger is configured to be held in the plugging device and to be contacted by a mating contact of the charger, wherein the contact assembly includes an electrically conductive contact element and a holding body that surrounds the contact element at least in part from outside, wherein the holding body comprises at least one other material than the contact element. The use of different materials for the holding body and the contact element and the resulting flexibilized material selection leads to freedom of design.
Claims20
A contact assembly for a plugging device of a charger, wherein said contact assembly is configured to be held in said plugging device and to be contacted by a mating contact of the charger, wherein said contact assembly comprises:
- an electrically conductive contact element;
- and
- a holding body that surrounds said contact element at least in part from the outside;
- wherein said holding body comprises at least one other material than said contact element.
A contact bundle comprising:
- at least two contact assemblies for a plugging device of a charger, wherein each of said at least two contact assemblies are configured to be held in said plugging device and to be contacted by a mating contact of the charger, wherein each contact assembly of said at least two contact assemblies comprises an electrically conductive contact element and a holding body that surrounds said contact element at least in part from the outside, wherein said holding body comprises at least one other material than said contact element;
- wherein said holding bodies of said at least two contact assemblies are connected in a positive substance-fit manner.
A plugging device comprising:
- at least one contact assembly for a plugging device of a charger, wherein each said contact assembly is configured to be held in said plugging device and to be contacted by a mating contact of the charger, wherein each said contact assembly includes an electrically conductive contact element and a holding body that surrounds said contact element at least in part from the outside, wherein said holding body comprises at least one other material than said contact element;
- and
- a housing having a contact chamber for receiving said at least one contact assembly;
- wherein said holding body of said at least one contact assembly abuts against an inner wall of said contact chamber.
