The present disclosure relates to a cap assembly for a secondary battery, including: a cap plate provided with one or more openings; and one or more terminal members inserted into the opening and exposed through one surface of the cap plate, wherein the terminal member includes a terminal, a bracket, and an insulating member and is integrally formed by insert molding.

A cap assembly for a secondary battery, comprising:
- a cap plate provided with one or more openings;
- and
- one or more terminal members inserted into the opening and exposed through a first surface of the cap plate,
- wherein the terminal member includes a terminal, a bracket, and an insulating member and is integrally formed by insert molding.

- an electrode assembly having one or more tabs;
- a current collector connected with the tab of the electrode assembly;
- a cap assembly including a terminal member connected with the current collector;
- and
- a case housing the electrode assembly and including an open surface,
- wherein the cap assembly is configured to cover the open surface of the case, and
- wherein the terminal member includes a terminal, a bracket, and an insulating member and is integrally formed by insert molding.
