A battery assembly including a frame having a peripheral wall providing an internal space and a partition plate extending inwardly from the peripheral wall and dividing the internal space into an upper space and a lower space, a battery cell positioned in the internal space and configured to penetrate through the partition plate from an upper to lower direction, a bottom cover coupled to the peripheral wall and configured to cover a lower portion of the lower space, and a top cover coupled to the peripheral wall and configured to cover an upper portion of the upper space is provided.
