System for managing a medical device comprising:
- a device gateway configured for:
- receiving an event message;
- and
- publishing a CQI message based on the event message;
- and
- a CQI listener configured for:
- second receiving the CQI message;
- and
- transmitting the CQI message;
- wherein the device gateway is configured for not querying for the event message.
Method of managing a medical device comprising:
- receiving an event message;
- publishing a CQI message based on the event message;
- second receiving the CQI message;
- and
- transmitting the CQI message;
- wherein said receiving excludes querying for the event message.
