Health Safety and Status System, Service, and Platform, and Corresponding Methods

A computer-implemented method comprising:

• accessing, by a processor of health safety credential platform, an access requirement associated with a venue or service;
• accessing, by the processor of the health safety credential platform, a certified health status record associated with an individual;
• comparing, by the processor of the health safety credential platform, the certified health status record to the access requirement;
• determining, by the processor of the health safety credential platform, an access determination according to one or more access-evaluation parameters comprising a disease identifier, a test type, a sample-collection time, a test-result time, a time to live value, a vaccination date, an effective date range, a geographic rule, and a validity period;
• generating, by the processor of the health safety credential platform, a machine-readable access object representing the access determination;
• and
• encoding, by the processor of the health safety credential platform, the machine-readable access object to suppress health-status information utilized in generating the access determination while preserving information indicating the access determination.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a health safety credential platform, cause the health safety credential platform to:

• access an access requirement associated with a venue or service;
• access a certified health status record associated with an individual;
• compare the certified health status record to the access requirement;
• determine an access determination according to one or more access-evaluation parameters comprising a disease identifier, a test type, a sample-collection time, a test-result time, a vaccination date, an effective date range, a time to live value, a geographic rule, and a validity period;
• generate a machine-readable access object representing the access determination;
• and
• encode the machine-readable access object to suppress health-status information utilized in generating the access determination while preserving information indicating the access determination.
