A computer-implemented method, system, and platform for selecting nucleic acid sequences for age-reversal-associated use are disclosed. Candidate sequences associated with a longevity-associated target are generated or received and evaluated using a DNA Recognition Physics framework D=(S, H, E), where S represents sequence stability, H represents helical structural configuration, and E represents coherence-energy selection. A sequence stability score is computed and compared to a stability threshold, structural compatibility is evaluated under a selected helical parameter set, and a coherence level is selected from an allowed set. A predicted enhancement score is then computed from the sequence stability score and the selected coherence level, and candidate sequences are ranked and selected for synthesis, construct assembly, editing, delivery, validation, or therapeutic use. The disclosed framework supports regulatory sequences, coding sequences, donor templates, multi-gene cassettes, and delivery-ready payloads for longevity, repair, and age-reversal-associated applications.
