Control system, control method, and recording medium

A control method in which a computer performs processing comprising:

• outputting an avatar of a provider who provides a service to a user of the service in a virtual reality space and an action of the avatar to a display device of the user;
• acquiring an action history of the user who is using the service;
• and
• determining at least one of the avatar of the provider of the service and the action of the avatar in the virtual reality space, based on the action history of the user, wherein in the outputting processing, at least one of the avatar and the action of the provider of the service is switched to at least one of the determined avatar and action of the provider, and at least one of the determined avatar and action is output.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium recording a program for causing a computer to execute processing comprising:

• outputting an avatar of a provider who provides a service to a user of the service in a virtual reality space and an action of the avatar to a display device of the user;
• acquiring an action history of the user who is using the service;
• and
• determining at least one of the avatar of the provider of the service and the action of the avatar in the virtual reality space, based on the action history of the user, wherein
• in the outputting processing, at least one of the avatar and the action of the provider of the service is switched to at least one of the determined avatar and action of the provider, and at least one of the determined avatar and action is output.
