Information processing system, information processing method, and apparatus

An information processing method comprising:

• receiving audio data, the audio data including an utterance made by a person in a space, the utterance being input to a microphone located in the space;
• transmitting a prompt to artificial intelligence (AI), the prompt including space information and content of the audio data and requesting a proposal based on the space information and the content of the audio data, the space information including information related to the space;
• acquiring a response transmitted from the AI;
• generating, based on the response, display data of a screen including the proposal;
• and
• causing a display located in the space to display the screen including the proposal for the person, based on the display data.

An apparatus comprising circuitry configured to:

• acquire audio data, the audio data including an utterance made by a person in a space, the utterance being input to a microphone located in the space;
• transmit a prompt to artificial intelligence (AI), the prompt including space information and content of the audio data and requesting a proposal based on the space information and the content of the audio data, the space information including information related to the space;
• acquire a response transmitted from the AI;
• generate, based on the response, display data of a screen including the proposal;
• and
• cause a display located in the space to display the screen including the proposal for the person, based on the display data.
