A computer implemented intermediary transaction method and system wherein an intermediary mediates negotiations without bias between buyers and receivers and completes sales transactions over a network using methods to prevent fraud and identity theft. The sender can initiate an offer to purchase, and the receiver can initiate an offer to sell. The sender designates a payor, and the payor agrees to make payment to the mediary before receiving goods or services from the receiver. Transaction conditions offered by the sender can be changed by the receiver and transaction conditions offered by the receiver can be changed by the sender. All transactions are signed by the sender, receiver, and intermediary. Transaction cards, such as credit cards, can be used to make payments to a party designated by the receiver and chargebacks on the transaction cards are prevented. The method provides a significant improvement in fairness, convenience and security to senders and receivers.
A computer implemented intermediary transaction method, comprising
Non-transitory computer storage media having computer executable instructions stored thereon which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the processors to execute a computer implemented method for controlling online intermediary transactions, the method comprising:
The non-transitory computer storage media claim of 7, further comprising requesting by the intermediary, over the network, the receiver to enter proof of completion of performance of transaction conditions and entering, over the network, by the receiver into electronic entry forms confirmation of completion of performance of transaction conditions.
The non-transitory computer storage media of claim of 7, further comprising verifying by the intermediary proof of completion of performance of confirmed transaction conditions entered by the receiver and notifying by the intermediary, over the network, the sender of proof of completion of performance of confirmed transaction conditions entered by the receiver.
The non-transitory computer storage media claim of 7, further comprising entering by the sender into the electronic entry forms confirmation of proof of completion of performance of confirmed transaction conditions by the receiver and verifying by the intermediary the sender's confirmation of proof of completion of performance of confirmed transaction conditions entered by the receiver, and notifying the receiver by the intermediary that payment for withdrawal is available to the receiver, requesting from the intermediary by the receiver payment for withdrawal, sending by the intermediary over the network payment to the receiver, and notifying the sender and the receiver, over the network, by the intermediary of proof of completion of the performance of confirmed transaction conditions by both sender and receiver.
A computer implemented intermediary transaction method, comprising:
Non-transitory computer storage media having computer executable instructions stored thereon which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the processors to execute a computer implemented method for controlling online intermediary transactions, the method comprising:
