A product management method comprising:

• by a computer,
• acquiring a display quantity, on a product shelf, of a target product for which a reception request has been received from a customer;
• acquiring stock information of the target product, in a case where the display quantity is less than a predetermined number;
• accepting the reception request, in a case where a stock quantity of the target product is equal to or more than a predetermined number;
• and
• notifying at least any one store terminal of delivery information of the target product, in a case where the reception request has been accepted.

A non-transitory recording medium recording a program for causing a computer to execute the steps of:

• acquiring a display quantity, on a product shelf, of a target product for which a reception request has been received from a customer;
• acquiring stock information of the target product, in a case where the display quantity is less than a predetermined number;
• accepting the reception request, in a case where a stock quantity of the target product is equal to or more than a predetermined number;
• and
• notifying at least any one store terminal of delivery information of the target product, in a case where the reception request has been accepted.
