Artificial intelligence chat bot for configuring a distributed computing system

A method comprising:

• determining, by a processing device, a first selection by a user of a first parameter for configuring a distributed computing system based on a first input received via a graphical user interface;
• determining, using a machine learning model and based on the first selection of the first parameter, an additional set of parameters usable to configure the distributed computing system, the additional set of parameters determined based on a compatibility between the first parameter and the additional set of parameters, wherein the first parameter or the additional set of parameters comprise a configuration setting for a software service to be executed by the distributed computing system;
• outputting, in the graphical user interface, the additional set of parameters to the user;
• determining, by the processing device, a second selection of a second parameter of the additional set of parameters based on a second input from the user received via the graphical user interface;
• and
• automatically deploying, by the processing device, the distributed computing system configured with the first parameter and the second parameter.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing program code that is executable by a processing device for causing the processing device to perform operations including:

• determining a first selection by a user of a first parameter for configuring a distributed computing system based on a first input received via a graphical user interface;
• determining, using a machine learning model and based on the first selection of the first parameter, an additional set of parameters usable to configure the distributed computing system, the additional set of parameters determined based on a compatibility between the first parameter and the additional set of parameters, wherein the first parameter or the additional set of parameters comprise a configuration setting for a software service to be executed by the distributed computing system;
• outputting, in the graphical user interface, the additional set of parameters to the user;
• determining a second selection of a second parameter of the additional set of parameters based on a second input from the user received via the graphical user interface;
• and
• automatically deploying the distributed computing system configured with the first parameter and the second parameter.
