Management of Connector Services and Connected Artificial Intelligence Agents for Message Senders and Recipients

A method for permission-based electronic message response generation by an artificial intelligence (“AI”) agent, comprising:

• identifying a sending user and a recipient user of an electronic message;
• determining that the sending user and the recipient user have different access permissions for at least one file containing content relevant to the electronic message;
• causing an AI model to generate a response to the electronic message, the response comprising a link to an access-controlled file comprising the relevant content, wherein access over the link is restricted based on the respective access permissions;
• and
• causing the response to be made accessible to a message service associated with the electronic message.

A non-transitory, computer-readable medium containing instructions that, when executed by a hardware-based processor, cause the processor to perform stages for permission-based electronic message response generation by an artificial intelligence (“AI”) agent, the stages comprising:

• identifying a sending user and a recipient user of an electronic message;
• determining that the sending user and the recipient user have different access permissions for at least one file containing content relevant to the electronic message;
• causing an AI model to generate a response to the electronic message, the response comprising a link to an access-controlled file comprising the relevant content, wherein access over the link is restricted based on the respective access permissions;
• and
• causing the response to be made accessible to a message service associated with the electronic message.

A system for permission-based electronic message response generation by an artificial intelligence (“AI”) agent, comprising:

• a memory storage including a non-transitory, computer-readable medium comprising instructions;
• and
• a hardware-based processor that executes the instructions to carry out stages comprising:
• identifying a sending user and a recipient user of an electronic message;
• determining that the sending user and the recipient user have different access permissions for at least one file containing content relevant to the electronic message;
• causing an AI model to generate a response to the electronic message, the response comprising a link to an access-controlled file comprising the relevant content, wherein access over the link is restricted based on the respective access permissions;
• and
• causing the response to be made accessible to a message service associated with the electronic message.
