Abstract
In order to support problem resolution by efficiently grasping a current state and presenting an appropriate solution by using AI, a processor of an information processing device acquires current state data regarding a current state in a theme in which a user seeks problem resolution. The processor generates a current state evaluation indicating an issue in the theme, based on the current state data. The processor acquires ideal data regarding an ideal state in the theme. The processor generates a concept of the theme, based on the ideal data. The processor compares the current state evaluation with the concept and generating a solution that leads a current state to an ideal state.

An information processing device comprising:
- at least one memory configured to store instructions;
- and
- at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to:
- acquire current state data regarding a current state in a theme in which a user seeks problem resolution;
- generate a current state evaluation indicating an issue in the theme, based on the current state data;
- acquire ideal data regarding an ideal state in the theme;
- generate a concept of the theme, based on the ideal data;
- and
- compare the current state evaluation with the concept and generating a solution that leads a current state to an ideal state.
An information processing method executed by an information processing device,
- the information processing method comprising:
- acquiring current state data regarding a current state in a theme in which a user seeks problem resolution;
- generating a current state evaluation indicating an issue in the theme, based on the current state data;
- acquiring ideal data regarding an ideal state in the theme;
- generating a concept of the theme, based on the ideal data;
- and
- comparing the current state evaluation with the concept and generating a solution that leads a current state to an ideal state.
A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a program causing a computer to execute processing of:
- acquiring current state data regarding a current state in a theme in which a user seeks problem resolution;
- generating a current state evaluation indicating an issue in the theme, based on the current state data;
- acquiring ideal data regarding an ideal state in the theme;
- generating a concept of the theme, based on the ideal data;
- and
- comparing the current state evaluation with the concept and generating a solution that leads a current state to an ideal state.
