Provided is an image forming apparatus that includes a hardware processor. The hardware processor acquires a setting content for a post-processing apparatus, and outputs, in a case where a predetermined event has occurred between when printing is started and when the printing is completed, a post-processing instruction that causes the post-processing apparatus to execute a post-processing job corresponding to the setting content.

An image forming apparatus, comprising a hardware processor, wherein
- the hardware processor
- acquires a setting content for a post-processing apparatus, and
- outputs, in a case where a predetermined event has occurred between when printing is started and when the printing is completed, a post-processing instruction that causes the post-processing apparatus to execute a post-processing job corresponding to the setting content.
A control method of an image forming apparatus, comprising:
- acquiring a setting content for a post-processing apparatus;
- and
- outputting, in a case where a predetermined event has occurred between when printing is started and when the printing is completed, a post-processing instruction that causes the post-processing apparatus to execute a post-processing job corresponding to the setting content.
A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a program that causes a
- computer to execute:
- acquiring a setting content for a post-processing apparatus;
- and
- outputting, in a case where a predetermined event has occurred between when printing is started and when the printing is completed, a post-processing instruction that causes the post-processing apparatus to execute a post-processing job corresponding to the setting content.
