Abstract
Examples of the present disclosure provide memory systems and operating methods thereof, and computer-readable storage mediums. An example memory system includes a memory device and a memory controller. The memory controller is configured to obtain a temperature parameter at a first time instance and a temperature parameter at a second time instance, a rate of data transmission at the first time instance, and a thermal throttling parameter at the first time instance and determine an upper limit of the rate of data transmission at a third time instance. The second time instance is at least one time instance before the first time instance, and the third time instance is a time instance after the first time instance.

A memory system, including:
- a memory device;
- and
- a memory controller coupled to the memory device and configured to:
- obtain a temperature parameter of the memory system;
- and
- adjust, within a period after the temperature parameter of the memory system exceeds a target control temperature, a data transmission rate of the memory system in different operating modes, such that a fluctuation of the data transmission rate gradually decreases until becoming stable, and the temperature parameter approaches to the target control temperature when the temperature parameter is stable.
A method of operating a memory system, including:
- obtaining a temperature parameter of the memory system;
- and
- adjusting, within a period after the temperature parameter of the memory system exceeds a target control temperature, a rate of data transmission of the memory system in different operating modes, such that a fluctuation of the rate of data transmission gradually decreases until becoming stable, and the temperature parameter approaches to the target control temperature when the temperature parameter is stable.
A memory controller coupled to a memory device and configured to:
- obtain a temperature parameter of a memory system including the memory controller and the memory device;
- and
- adjust, within a period after the temperature parameter of the memory system exceeds a target control temperature, a data transmission rate of the memory system in different operating modes, such that a fluctuation of the data transmission rate gradually decreases until becoming stable, and the temperature parameter approaches to the target control temperature when the temperature parameter is stable.
