Abstract
A display apparatus includes: a decorative sheet that is transparent; and a display unit arranged on a back side of the decorative sheet. The display unit includes a display panel configured to display an image on a screen; a detector configured to detect an operator operation on the display panel; and control circuitry. The control circuitry controls a display of the display panel such that luminance of a boundary area of the screen is reduced upon an operation for shifting the display of the screen being detected by the detector.

A display apparatus, comprising:
- a decorative sheet that is transparent;
- and
- a display unit arranged on a back side of the decorative sheet, wherein the display unit includes
- a display panel configured to display an image on a screen;
- a detector configured to detect an operator operation on the display panel;
- and
- control circuitry, and
- the control circuitry controls a display of the display panel such that luminance of a boundary area of the screen is reduced upon an operation for shifting the display of the screen being detected by the detector.
