A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform operations for reconfiguring a plurality of icons on a graphical user interface to optimize memory usage and data transmission efficiency, wherein each of the plurality of icons is associated with an entity, the operations comprising:
- displaying, on the graphical user interface, at least one tab and at least one interactive toggle;
- receiving a data set for a plurality of first entities;
- determining, for each first entity, a vesting class based on the received data set;
- generating a directory entry for each first entity, wherein each directory entry is stored in a directory associated with a second entity;
- receiving, via a first interactive toggle of the at least one interactive toggle in the graphical user interface, for an electronic transfer identifier associated with the directory entry, a transfer authorization associated with the electronic transfer identifier;
- sorting the plurality of first entities into a plurality of lists based on a transfer permission associated with each electronic transfer identifier and a transfer authorization associated with each electronic transfer identifier;
- receiving, via a second interactive toggle of the at least one interactive toggle in the graphical user interface, a user selection to reconfigure the plurality of icons;
- responsive to receiving the user selection to reconfigure the plurality of icons:
- automatically reconfiguring the plurality of icons on the graphical user interface based on a vesting class;
- automatically reconfiguring the plurality of icons on the graphical user interface based on the plurality of lists;
- and
- displaying, within each icon on the graphical user interface, at least one of a first entity identifier associated with the first entity, the electronic transfer identifier associated with the first entity, the transfer permission associated with the electronic transfer identifier, or the transfer authorization associated with the electronic transfer identifier.
