Display panel and display apparatus

A display panel, comprising:

• a display substrate and a touch layer disposed on a side, proximal to a light-exiting side of the display panel, of the display substrate;
• wherein
• the touch layer comprises touch wires intersected with one another to form a mesh structure, the mesh structure being provided with fractures,
• the display panel further comprises a color film layer disposed on a side of the touch layer distal from the display substrate, and a black matrix of the color film layer is provided with first openings;
• the display substrate further comprises a pixel definition layer provided with second openings;
• the display panel comprises a photosensitive region, the first openings and the second openings being both disposed in the photosensitive region and being in one-to-one correspondence;
• and an orthographic projection of a first opening among the first openings onto the touch layer is disposed within an orthographic projection of a corresponding second opening among the second openings onto the touch layer;
• and
• the display substrate comprises light-emitting units, the mesh structure comprises first grids and second grids, and each of the first grids surrounds one of the light-emitting units, the second grids are disposed in the photosensitive region and are connected between every two adjacent first grids, the orthographic projection of the first opening and the orthographic projection of the corresponding second opening onto the touch layer are disposed within a region surrounded by one of the second grids.
