Sheet feeding apparatus and image forming apparatus

A sheet feeding apparatus comprising:

• a sheet accommodating portion that supports and stacks a sheet and that can be pulled out from an apparatus main body in a pulling-out direction;
• a feeding portion provided in the apparatus main body, the feeding portion being configured to feed a sheet accommodated in the sheet accommodating portion in a feeding direction in which a sheet is fed, the feeding direction being perpendicular to the pulling-out direction;
• a side end restricting portion configured to restrict a position of a side end of a sheet accommodated in the sheet accommodating portion;
• a first member provided on an upper portion of the side end restricting portion, the first member being configured to move a sheet accommodated in the sheet accommodating portion in the pulling-out direction when the sheet accommodating portion is pulled out in the pulling-out direction;
• and
• a second member provided on an upper portion of the sheet accommodating portion and downstream of the first member in the feeding direction, the second member being configured to move a sheet accommodated in the sheet accommodating portion in the pulling-out direction when the sheet accommodating portion is pulled out in the pulling-out direction.
