Display Backplane and Display Apparatus

A display backplane, comprising:

• a plurality of first signal lines extending in a first direction, wherein the plurality of first signal lines are arranged sequentially in a second direction, and the first direction intersects with the second direction;
• a plurality of second signal lines extending in the second direction, wherein the plurality of second signal lines are arranged sequentially in the first direction, a first signal line of the plurality of first signal lines is connected to at least one second signal line of the plurality of second signal lines, and the second signal line and the first signal line overlap with each other in a direction perpendicular to the display backplane;
• and
• a plurality of electrostatic prevention units, wherein an electrostatic prevention unit of the plurality of electrostatic prevention units is electrically connected to the first signal line;
• in the direction perpendicular to the display backplane, the electrostatic prevention unit is positioned between two adjacent second signal lines, and the electrostatic prevention unit overlaps with the two adjacent second signal lines, respectively.
