Abstract
Proposed is a test handler for electronic components, which includes a first sorting part configured to perform a loading process of loading electronic components to be tested onto a first test tray, and an unloading process of unloading tested electronic components from the first test tray, a test part configured to perform a testing process of connecting the electronic components stored in the first test tray to test equipment, and a moving part configured to move the first test tray, wherein the moving part reciprocates the first test tray between a first waiting position and a test position.

A test handler for electronic components, the test handler comprising:
- a first sorting part configured to perform a loading process of loading electronic components to be tested onto a first test tray, and an unloading process of unloading tested electronic components from the first test tray;
- a test part configured to perform a testing process of connecting the electronic components stored in the first test tray to test equipment;
- and
- a moving part configured to move the first test tray,
- wherein the moving part reciprocates the first test tray between a first waiting position and a test position.
A test handler for electronic components, the test handler comprising:
- a loading part configured to perform a loading process of loading electronic components to be tested from a wafer ring onto a first test tray;
- an unloading part configured to perform an unloading process of unloading tested electronic components from the first test tray onto the wafer ring;
- a test part configured to perform a testing process of connecting the electronic components stored in the first test tray to test equipment;
- and
- a moving part configured to move the first test tray,
- wherein the moving part reciprocates the first test tray between a first waiting position and a test position.
