Pressure sensor and process for manufacturing same

A method for the manufacture of a pressure sensor comprising a connector, a printed circuit, a metallic body and a pressure-sensitive element including a substrate, the method comprising:

• depositing a dielectric layer on an external face of the substrate,
• depositing a first metallic layer on the dielectric layer,
• depositing a second metallic layer on the first metallic layer,
• etching the first metallic layer to form four resistors on the dielectric layer, these resistors being arranged to form four electrical poles a conducting zone being formed on a portion of each electrical pole starting from the second metallic layer, and
• connecting the conducting zone and a connecting zone formed on the printed circuit, using a connecting element wherein:
• an operation of earthing the pressure-sensitive element, includes forming at least one earthing zone on the external face of the substrate and electrically connecting the earthing zone and the printed circuit using a connecting means.
