Abstract
A metal component of a pressure sensor includes: a cylindrical side wall part having a cylindrical shape, and an upper wall part connected to one end of the cylindrical side wall part and forming an upper base, wherein an inner wall surface of the cylindrical side wall part is slanted and a distance between the inner wall surface and a central axis of the cylindrical side wall part becomes shorter towards the upper wall part, and an outer wall surface of the cylindrical side wall part is slanted and a distance between the outer wall surface and the central axis becomes shorter towards the upper wall part.

A metal component of a pressure sensor, comprising:
- a cylindrical side wall part having a cylindrical shape, and
- an upper wall part connected to one end of the cylindrical side wall part and forming an upper base,
- wherein
- an inner wall surface of the cylindrical side wall part is slanted and a distance between the inner wall surface and a central axis of the cylindrical side wall part becomes shorter towards the upper wall part, and
- an outer wall surface of the cylindrical side wall part is slanted and a distance between the outer wall surface and the central axis becomes shorter towards the upper wall part.
