Abstract
Provided is a sensor device that does not require a long time to mount a plurality of strain-sensitive elements onto a strain body and that hardly causes variation in arrangement of the strain-sensitive elements thus mounted. The strain gauge includes: a film; a wiring formed on one main surface of the film by film deposition; a strain-sensitive element formed on the one main surface of the film by film deposition, the strain-sensitive element being connected with the wiring.

A strain gauge comprising:
- a film;
- a wiring formed on one main surface of the film by film deposition;
- and
- two or more pairs of strain-sensitive elements formed on the one main surface of the film by film deposition, the two or more pairs of strain-sensitive elements being connected with the wiring.

A method for producing a strain gauge, comprising the steps of:
- forming a wiring on one main surface of a film by film deposition;
- and
- forming two or more pairs of strain-sensitive elements on the one main surface of the film by film deposition, the two or more pairs of strain-sensitive elements being connected with the wiring.
