A radiation temperature measurement device measures a temperature of a measurement target having a substrate and a thin film formed on its surface. This device includes an infrared detection unit that detects infrared radiation emitted from the target, a substrate spectral characteristics data storage unit that stores data showing a temperature dependence of the spectral characteristics of the substrate, an individual spectral characteristics data receiving unit that receives inputs of data showing information relating to reflectivity and transmissivity at a predetermined temperature of the target, a spectral characteristics calculation unit that calculates the temperature dependence of the spectral characteristics of the target based on the substrate data and the individual data, and a temperature calculation unit that calculates the temperature of the target based on the amount of infrared radiation detected by the infrared detection unit and on the temperature dependence calculated by the spectral characteristics calculation unit.
A radiation temperature measurement device that measures a temperature of a measurement target having a substrate and a thin film which is formed on a surface of that substrate, comprising:
A radiation temperature measurement method in which a temperature of a measurement target having a substrate and a thin film which is formed on a surface of that substrate is measured, and in which
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a program for a radiation temperature measurement device that measures a temperature of a measurement target having a substrate and a thin film which is formed on a surface of that substrate, the program executable by a computer to:
