Abstract
Water buoys sense water characteristics and wirelessly transfer the water characteristics for delivery to a computer system. The computer system receives the water characteristics wirelessly transferred by the water buoys. The computer system receives a location and a user water condition preference transferred by a user communication device. The computer system processes the water characteristics, the location, and the user water condition preference, and in response, generates and transfers water condition information for the location for delivery to the user communication device.

A water buoy data system, comprising:
- water buoys configured to sense water characteristics at spaced apart locations in a body of water and wirelessly transferring the water characteristics for delivery to a computer system;
- the computer system configured to receive the water characteristics wirelessly transferred by the water buoys;
- the computer system configured to receive locations and user water condition preferences transferred by one or more user communication devices;
- and
- the computer system processing the water characteristics, the locations, and the user water condition preferences and, in response, generating and transferring water condition information for the locations for delivery to the one or more user communication devices, and wherein
- the water condition information is generated based on a machine learning analysis, and wherein a duration between receiving the user water condition preferences and transferring the water condition information is less than an hour.
