Interactive Beverage Dispensing System and Method

A method of dispensing a beverage using an interactive beverage dispensing system, the method comprising:

• a. receiving input corresponding to a beverage selection;
• b. converting the input into machine-readable data;
• c. determining the beverage request based on the machine-readable data;
• d. identifying a beverage or beverage recipe to be dispensed using an artificial intelligence (AI) system based on the beverage request and stored beverage data;
• e. retrieving dispensing parameters associated with the identified beverage, the dispensing parameters including at least one of viscosity, carbonation level, temperature, pressure differential, or foam generation tendency;
• f. receiving sensor data corresponding to at least one dispensing condition;
• g. generating control instructions for a solenoid valve assembly based on the dispensing parameters and the sensor data;
• and
• h. actuating at least one solenoid valve in response to the control instructions to dispense the identified beverage.

An interactive beverage dispensing system comprising:

• a. a solenoid valve assembly including at least one solenoid valve;
• b. a computer system including at least one processor;
• c. at least one sensor configured to detect a dispensing condition;
• and
• d. memory storing computer readable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to:
• i. retrieve dispensing parameters associated with a beverage, the dispensing parameters including at least one of viscosity, carbonation level, temperature, pressure differential, or foam generation tendency;
• ii. receive sensor data from the at least one sensor;
• iii. generate valve actuation instructions based on the dispensing parameters and the sensor data;
• and
• iv. actuate the at least one solenoid valve in response to the valve actuation instructions to dispense the beverage.
