An ultra-micro fan is provided. The ultra-micro fan includes an outer casing base, a substrate, a bearing seat, a plurality of coil sets, a magnetic element and a blade assembly. The substrate is disposed on the outer casing base. The bearing seat is disposed on the outer casing base. The coil sets are disposed on the substrate and surrounds the bearing seat. The blade assembly includes a hub, a rotating shaft, an impeller, and a shielding ring. The impeller is disposed on the hub. The impeller includes a plurality of blades. The rotating shaft is connected to the hub. The rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the bearing seat. The magnetic element is disposed on the blade assembly. The shielding ring is connected to the impeller. The shielding ring corresponds to and surrounds the coil sets.
