A scroll compressor includes a fix scroll, an orbiting scroll, a pressure partition plate, an upper cap, an exhaust valve, and a pressure relief valve. The orbiting scroll is configured to cooperate with the fix scroll to form a compression chamber with variable volume. The pressure partition plate is arranged on the fix scroll. The upper cap is connected to the pressure partition plate to form an exhaust chamber. The exhaust valve is configured to connect the compression chamber with the exhaust chamber in a case that the exhaust pressure of the compressor is reached. The pressure relief valve is arranged on the pressure partition plate and is configured to connect the compression chamber with the exhaust chamber in a case that the pressure in the compression chamber exceeds the exhaust pressure.
