A downhole tool, method, and well system. The downhole tool, in one aspect, includes a pressure intensifier positioned radially about a mandrel, the pressure intensifier configured to receive a setting force (F1) applied to the mandrel and amplify it to an amplified force (FA) sufficient to continue to move a deployable element from a partially deployed state to a fully deployed state. In at least one aspect, the pressure intensifier includes a first piston having a first piston surface area (A1), a second piston having a second piston surface area (A2), wherein (A2) > (A1), and a fluid chamber defined between the (A1) and (A2). In at least this one aspect, the (A1) is configured to extend at least partially within the fluid chamber as the mandrel is receiving the (F1) thereby pressing fluid located within the fluid chamber against the (A2) to create the (FA).
