Abstract
A debris removal sleeve. The debris removal sleeve is configured to be attached to a floating chlorine/bromine dispenser. As the chlorine/bromine dispenser fitted with the sleeve floats and moves about the pool or spa, the sleeve absorbs oil, chemicals, and other debris that are floating on the top of the water and wipes debris from the coping as the sleeve bumps against it.
