Abstract
An L-Shaped prefabricated concrete block comprising: an L-shaped block body having a longer arm portion and a shorter arm portion wherein both longer arm portion and shorter arm portion are provided with plurality of holes adapted to receive tie rods and further wherein end portions of said longer arm portion and shorter arm portion are also provided with elongated grooves where said elongated grooves are provided with grout or epoxy.

An L-Shaped Precast Concrete Block for a concrete frame of a building structure comprising:
- an L-shaped block body having a longer arm portion and a shorter arm portion wherein both longer arm portion and shorter arm portion are provided with plurality of holes adapted to receive tie rods and further wherein end portions of said longer arm portion and shorter arm portion are also provided with elongated grooves.
